AddressRandstad are seeking energetic and enthusiastic Asphalt Labourer with a HR/MR truck licence to join Australia's leading provider of road services with a household name company.
With the depot based in Eastern Creek, the successful candidate will be working as part of the road maintenance crew for this Tier 1 organisation.
With an immediate start and view to go permanent, these roles are not one to be missed!
About the role:
- Assist in excavation, preparation, and placement of Asphalt and Concrete
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure project timelines are met
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and guidelines
- Perform tasks related to asphalting and civil labouring as directed by supervisors
- Driving the truck to and from sites, assisting with Spraying and asphalting functions
- Climbing in/ out of truck, on/ off mobile plant, with the completion of prestarts and checks
- Carrying tools, equipment, materials from trucks
To be considered for this role you will ideally need to possess the following:
- Previous experience working as an Asphalt Labourer or road industry
- Construction induction card / white card
- Current and valid driver MR or HR license (must)
- Tickets - Skid Steer, Roller, Loader tickets (preferable)
- Physically fit and capable of performing demanding manual labour tasks
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
- Hard working, can do attitude working in a team
