AddressResource Labour Hire are currently seeking Experienced Asphalt Plant Operators & Labourers for roles throughout the Greater Brisbane Area, including Ipswich & the Coasts.
- At least 12 months experience working either within asphalt or spray crews.
- We are seeking Level Hands, Paver Operators, Double-drum, MTV & Profile Operators, and experienced Crew Truck & Water Cart drivers (multi-skilled candidates highly desired).
- Good rates of pay, plus ongoing opportunities with good hours and weekend work/overtime available.
Required:
- Construction Induction (White) Card.
- For Operators, RII tickets for Roller, Paver, Skid-Steer highly desired.
- Must be available to work day shift, night shift, and weekends as project requirements dictate.
- Operators that can walk the walk and not just talk - Operators that are ticketed, skilled and reliable.
- Operators that can communicate with our clients, follow instructions and complete jobs on time.
- Operators that understand working on a variety of sites, starting on time and rocking up through rain or shine
- Operators that have an eye on safety for themselves and colleagues - prechecks, look after the machines and looking for ongoing work.
Pay Expectations:
- $35 - $45 p/h, dependent on experience and current tickets
- Allowances paid on all jobs, when applicable
- Penalty Rates paid on overtime, shift works, and weekends
- Ongoing Contracts - Temp to Perm Opportunities
