Assembly And Repair Technician - Electronic Equipment

The Role:

Your days will be filled with challenge while you carry out:

• Troubleshooting AND REPAIRs to various Nurse Call handsets
• Keeping accurate track of parts used during repair and time recording
• Repairs and modifications to ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT
• Complete quality checks and relevant documentation
• Assembly, programming and testing of headend equipment

All, while meeting deadlines and ensuring outstanding accuracy.

You are:

• A strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English language skills
• A team player, with the ability to work autonomously
• Computer savvy and are familiar with the use of basic Microsoft Office applications (e.g.  Word, Excel, etc.)
• Proud of the quality and accuracy of your work, have a high attention to detail and maintain a clean and tidy work area
• Interested in expanding your knowledge and interest in electronics and possibly have some experience with electronic component repairs 
• Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen

Desirable Skills:

• Qualification in Electronics or similar
• PCB soldering skills (SMT and through hole)
• Previous experience with hand/power tools
