Assessment & Engagement Worker

We are currently seeking to appoint a Fulltime Assessment & Engagement Worker based out of Rockhampton. This position will be 76 hours per fortnight.
The Opportunity
The Engagement and Assessment Worker will establish first contact with the family according to the priority and risk assessment level. This contact may include telephone, a letter or a cold call home visit if contact by phone/letter has not been effective or if priority contact is required. The Engagement and Assessment worker will undertake initial assessments with the family in the home or in an agreed location, establishing need and the required level of support and assistance.
What you'll need
You will need:
Bachelor of Human Services or less formal qualifications with considerable relevant skills and extensive and diverse relevant experience to an equivalent standards
Working with Children blue card
Driver's licence
Supporting you to support others
