Period of employment / Hours:

Permanent full-time (76.00 hours per fortnight) day work (part-time hours may be considered by negotiation)

Homes Tasmania - Community Infrastructure – Property Maintenance – Statewide

Duties:

Primary Purpose / Focus :

  • Coordinate 3D scanning systems and ensure information is accurately maintained and audits are undertaken in accordance with operational business requirements.
  • Support the continuous improvement of 3D scanning business processes to ensure accurate information is maintained and support the 3D scanning requirements of Property Maintenance and other business units as agreed with the Business and Compliance Manager.
  • Provide support to the Maintenance Services teams and ensure effective business practices and administrative support in the delivery of 3D scanning programs and services.
  • Liaise with the wider Property Maintenance team to coordinate 3D scanning activities, with responsibility for monitoring and upkeep of scan equipment, and ensuring ongoing user competency.

Skills and experience :

Selection criteria includes:

  • Well-developed knowledge of and expertise in administration and systems practices together with knowledge of the services provided by the Property Maintenance team and the CI Division, or the ability to quickly acquire such knowledge.
  • Highly regarded interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with the ability to negotiate, prepare and coordinate a range of reports and documents.
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent attention to detail to work effectively within, and recommend improvements to, the Home Tasmania’s operational environment.

Essential Requirements:

  • Current Driver's Licence.
