About the role
We have a permanent opportunity for an Asset Information Registrar managing the registration of linear and fixed assets delivered by corporate projects and developer funded infrastructure investments across WA. This role is based in our Leederville office and will report to the Team Leader - Asset Registration.
What the role will involve
- Deliver asset registration services to meet the business requirement defined in corporate information management strategies
- Ensure the ongoing integrity of the Water Corporation’s asset registers
- Deliver asset registration services to meet the requirements and timing of customers and business processes
- Support the ongoing maintenance and integrity of asset registration platforms to ensure data quality
- Actively participate in internal relationships to support project delivery and other business outcomes
You’ll have experience with asset management, asset operations, or asset maintenance, along with sound knowledge of asset management information structures and systems. Experience with asset registration within an ERP system, interpretation of mechanical & electrical process diagrams, and use of GIS, Microstation and CAD packages will ensure success in this role.
