We seek a motivated and skilled person with strong problem-solving skills for this diverse, full-time role based in Cohuna. This role requires travel to our sites located across regional Victoria and NSW; a vehicle is included in the attractive salary package.
Mechanical experience and expertise in the quarrying, and or earthmoving industry is desirable. Advanced knowledge of asset management and computer managed maintenance software (CMMS) or similar is critical. The successful candidate must also have strong communication and organisational skills. Duties of this role include:
- Supporting the development and implementation of strategic maintenance planning and scheduling for quarry fixed plant and mobile equipment & infrastructure.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure maintenance plans are aligned with production goals and safety standards.
- Evaluate equipment performance data and maintenance records to opitmize preventative maintenance schedules and enhance efficiency. Promotion and facilitation of proactive maintenance practices
