Assistant Account Executive

The opportunity we have:

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Account Executive to support the management of a dynamic and expanding portfolio of commercial SME clients. 

We hope to find someone to join our collaborative team environment, who is self-motivated, organised and eager to thrive in their next position. 

Key responsibilities & duties:

• Providing support to the Account Manager in maintaining and servicing a diverse client portfolio.  
• Delivering exceptional customer service by negotiating renewals and quotations across various clients and policie
• Build and maintain key relationships with clients, underwriters and all service providers
• Providing opportunities to collaborate  within a team while fostering autonomy for decision-making and professional growth 
• Timely preparation of documentation, renewals, quotes and efficent processing
• Benefiting from full team support, including guidance from the Broker and Centrewest Team

Your skills & experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role within general insurance broking 
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Proven high level organisational and administrative capabilities 
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and confidently make decisions independently 
• Tier 1 qualified is desirable or must be willing to complete upon commencement, as supported by the business
