About the Role: As a key member of the Complete Group Finance team, you will dive into a diverse range of responsibilities encompassing financial and management accounting. Your primary goal will be to support the financial reporting cycle and performance management process, contributing significantly to business growth and decision-making.
Responsibilities Include:
- Timely and accurate month-end close processes.
- Assisting with consolidation journals and monthly reconciliations.
- Handling accounts payable and receivable invoices.
- Reconciling key supplier and debtor accounts.
- Processing and reviewing bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Supporting statutory audit requirements and tax submissions.
- Collaborating with Finance Business Partners to provide financial insights.
- Implementing continuous process improvements.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in commerce or accounting.
- CPA/CA qualification (or studying towards).
- Proficiency in MS Office; Green Tree experience preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal, written, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work autonomously or as part of a team.
