Assistant Acountant.

Converged Medical Solutions has been providing IT support, network, and Infrastructure equipment for over 17 years to clients throughout the Medical Industry.

We have a small local and friendly team housed across offices in Bella Vista Brisbane and Melbourne supported by 30 staff located within the Philippines.  We pride ourselves on our service level as well as our ability to adapt to match the market needs with creative solutions.

Our capabilities ensure that our business is constantly growing and we now seek to employ on an immediate start basis a friendly and capable finance / Administration person to help with the coordination of these services.

We're looking for an experienced Assistant Accountant to work with our in-house Finance Manager to ensure the smooth financial operations of the organization. Invoicing, reconciliation, and cost analysis are all aspects of the role.   

In addition, you may liaise with our clients, suppliers, and engineers to ensure that client requests are facilitated appropriately. The role may include some equipment ordering and processing and occasionally some basic reception admin tasks. 

 Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday 7 am -7 pm, and we run three rosters to support these times. This position will be 9 am - 5 pm.  

Admin experience would be useful such as MS Word/Excel and if you have some phone system experience it would be slightly advantageous. 

Common sense, impeccable English, (spoken and written)  personality, and 'fit' are more important to us in this role. If you can demonstrate reliability, the right attitude, with a willingness to apply yourself, then this role will be perfect for you. The NSW team is quite small at 9 but is friendly and supportive.
