Job DescriptionAbout the role
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will use your leadership skills and commercial mindset to assist in the delivery of a high performing, profitable branch location.
In this role you will:-
- Lead the safety culture and safety compliance within the branch
- Ensure customer service excellence is delivered
- Effectively manage costs within set budgets & ensure performance metrics are met against critical KPI's
- Ensure monthly billing reporting is completed
- Control business processes and assist the Branch Manager to effectively manage the branch P&L
- Develop quotes for the supply of equipment & provide hands on support to office team
- Work with the team to ensure Onsite continues to grow its business in the area
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in rental, industrial, construction, logistics or related industry
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in a role with leadership, management or supervisory responsibilities
- Working knowledge of Baseplan software (highly regarded, not essential)
- Strong analytical skills, organisation and accuracy
- Intermediate knowledge of MS office suite
