Steve and the team at SH Recruitment are on the search for a dynamic Assistant Centre Director.
This position is:
- A 37.5-hour, full-time working week.

We are looking for a dynamic/visionary, ideas and goals-driven Assistant Centre Director with strong pedagogy/educational practices knowledge.
Interviews will take place throughout June / July 2024
Suitable applicants must have:
- Diploma of early childhood qualification
- Level 2 First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification
- WWCC and or Victorian Institute of Teaching card.
- Right to work in Australia
Essential skills and competencies
- Experience and knowledge of early childhood development and education.
- Effective time management skills
- An ability to communicate effectively with the Senior Management, parents, other staff and professionals.
- Ability to work cooperatively, flexibly, and professionally with children, parents, staff and Senior Management.
- Strong leadership and self-motivation skills
