Assistant Department Manager - Customer Order PM - Part time
Reporting to the Customer Order Manager - the Assistant Department Manager role exists to:
Support the Customer Order Manager with the CFC operational performance across Picking and Packing activities across the morning into the afternoon
Support the Customer Order Manager in leading, managing, coaching a team of Personal Shoppers to ensure orders are picked and packed on time to the high standards our customers expect
Lead the department in the absence of the Customer Order Manager

As the Assistant Department Manager - Customer Order PM, your key responsibilities will be to:
Spend time with the Personal Shoppers to motivate, manage, and guide them to deliver results and drive best practice in the CFC
Support the Customer Order Manager - PM to lead the team to work safely and efficiently
Review Voice of Customer (VOC) commentary daily with the Assistant Customer Fulfillment Centre Manager - Customer Order and Delivery to ensure the goods are packed correctly, no missing items, and the highest quality fresh food
Collaborate with our Customer Hub to improve customer satisfaction
Support the Customer Order Manager - AM to identify and develop talent in the CFC to build a talent pipeline for our Woolworths Group
Engage with other CFC teams to share best practice

This is a part time position requiring flexible availability to work Friday to Monday inclusive
