Details: Applications are sought to backfill the position of Assistant Director, Feedback and Complaints at the ACT Education Directorate tentatively from Thursday, 13 June 2024 to Wednesday, 2 October 2024.
Eligibility/ Other Requirements: The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills, high level written and organisational skills, problem solving skills and a strong focus on customer service. This is an ideal opportunity for anyone who has an interest working with Education in a team who look to resolve issues parents, carers and the public may be experiencing and identify ways to improve the services Education delivers.
Note: This is a temporary position available 13 June 2024 until 2 October 2024. Our branch is currently working in a mixed-mode of at home and the ACT Whole of Government building at 220 London Circuit and the Hedley Beare Centre for Teaching and Learning. The officer will be expected to work flexibly across sites. Selection may be based on written application and referee reports only. This position is available to ACT Government officers and employees only.
