Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE
If you want a career that blends your love for the ocean and spending time outdoors with your passion for kicking business goals and making a positive impact on the environment, this position is for you.

Key duties include:

Identify opportunities to continuously improve operations with respect to quality, safety, and inventory
Perform oyster care and husbandry to ensure on-time and to quality level provision of oysters to agreed business supply expectations
Ensure the regular and systematics cleaning and maintenance of growing systems and all other related plant equipment

Help lead and mentor the farm team to be the best versions of themselves
Represent the business to the highest professional standards

This is a great opportunity to take your agriculture career to the next level and gain valuable hands-on management skills in a growing vertically integrated Australian aquaculture business.

Based on the stunning far south coast of NSW in Narooma, management jobs in this regional area are rare.

Please note that a current driver’s licence, boat licence and forklift licence are essential for this position.

Are you an endurance junkie with enough stamina and determination to go on the WSL tour?
Are you a team player who embraces diversity and culture?
Are you happy working in the outdoors and in mixed weather conditions?
Do you want a job in a magical coastal location that offers the lifestyle you love – surfing, fishing, hiking, camping?
Do you want to build a career with a strong regional employer that lets you be the best version of yourself?

If you answered yes to the above, we want to hear from you.
