Qualifications & experience
- Previous management experience
- Cert III hospitality (or experience safely handling food)
- Previous Fast Food experience
Tasks & responsibilities
- Placing orders with suppliers
- Publishing rosters
- Tracking cost of food and cost of labour
- Liaising with area manager to ensure profitability
- Working hands on with your crew to fulfil orders (BOH and FOH)
