St Laurence's College is a Catholic School in the Edmund Rice Tradition with an enrolment of approximately 1980 boys from Years 5-12.

Applications are invited for the permanent, full-time position of Assistant Head of Faculty - Diverse Learning, commencing Monday, 15 April 2024.

This significant Middle Leadership role will report directly to the Head ofDiverse Learning. This role holder helps ensure an optimal level of learning and support for students, teachers and families through leading, facilitating and coordinating specific programs within the College that offer additional targeted support to students with Diverse Learning needs. This will be achieved through the working with and assisting in the leadership of the Diverse Learning Team to achieve desired outcomes.  

The role holder will collaborate regularly with the Head ofDiverse Learning, College Heads of Faculty, and the Pastoral team. As a part of this role, it will be essential to work collaboratively to implement and refine process and practices for the faculty with the aim to support classroom teachers with their practice in growing all learners at the College, under the leadership of the Head ofDiverse Learning.

All applicants must hold a current Queensland Teacher Registration with the Queensland College of Teachers.
