To be considered for this position you will need to have what it takes to deliver on quality and service.
- A minimum of two years proven experience as an Assistant Housekeeping Manager or Senior Housekeeping Supervisor in a 5 Star Hotel
- An exceptional eye for detail
- Experience in managing productivity
- Strive under pressure
- Maintain the department's KPI's.
- Train and lead the team to deliver very high cleaning standards
- Strong people leadership skills that will see the team follow you by having a hands on approach
- Check rooms according to brand standards
- A willingness to work a rotating roster
- Rostering , Allocation and administration skills
- Opera and Knowcross experience is advantageous
- Check and Manage Productivity and Payroll system.
