An opportunity has become available for a highly experienced Assistant Housekeeping Manager in a luxury brand new 5 Star Hotel in Sydney City.

To be considered for this position  you will need to have what it takes to deliver on quality and service.

  • A minimum of two years proven experience as an Assistant Housekeeping Manager or Senior Housekeeping Supervisor in a 5 Star Hotel
  • An exceptional eye for detail
  • Experience in managing productivity
  • Strive under pressure
  • Maintain the department's KPI's.
  • Train and lead the team to deliver very high cleaning standards
  • Strong people leadership skills that will see the team follow you by having a hands on approach
  • Check rooms according to brand standards
  • A willingness to work a rotating roster
  • Rostering , Allocation and administration skills
  • Opera and Knowcross experience is advantageous
  • Check and Manage Productivity and Payroll system.
