The role
We're seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our Housekeeping & Public Areas Cleaning team and be a part of an exciting insourcing project. You will be responsible for managing all public area requirements, to achieve maximum efficiency, to ensure guest & visitor comfort are met at a 5-star luxury standard.
In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:
- Manage daily staffing levels
- Daily inspections to ensure quality & attend leadership meetings
- Ensuring the wellbeing of a large and diverse workforce
- Conduct staff and supervisor briefings
- Forecasting labour & inventory control
- Effectively provide feedback to team members and take ownership of staff's performance
About you
You’ll bring the following:
- Have full-time working rights and the ability to commit to Crown long-term
- A passion for housekeeping
- Proven track record with maintaining a high quality of cleanliness in a 5-star environment
- Strong leadership & conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage inventory and cost
- Experience using OPERA is preferred
