- The Inpatient Withdrawal Unit at East Perth
- Outpatient services at East Perth and via integrated Community Alcohol and Drug Services at six metropolitan locations
- An onsite pharmacy service based at East Perth
- Outpatient and inpatient youth services via the Integrated Drug and Alcohol Youth Service
- Community programs including the Community Pharmacotherapy Program and the Clinical Advisory Service
- Applicants must possess permanent residency visa or Australian Citizenship
- Applicants must possess a Certificate III in Health Services Assistance, with specification “acute care” or evidence of equivalent qualification
- Applicant must have relevant working experience in acute or mental health area
- Applicants must be fully flexible to work any shifts and all shift types (day shift, afternoon shift and night shift) as rostered to meet operational need of 24/7 service provision
- Is required to include evidence of certificate III in Health Services Assistance, with articulation on the transcript (certification) including “This qualification includes the recommended elective skill set in assisting In Nursing work in acute care” or equivalent. (Certificate attached).
