To provide outstanding resident care with clinical outcomes in line with national best practice standards, thus promoting a culture of quality, safety and excellence in care delivery.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living such as dressing, bathing, toileting, and mobility.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering a sense of dignity and respect.
- Monitor residents' health and report any changes or concerns to registered nurses.
- Assist with mealtimes, ensuring residents receive proper nutrition and hydration.
- Help maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
- Participate in resident care planning meetings and follow individualized care plans.
- Document care provided in residents' charts accurately and efficiently.
- Participate in activities and social programs, fostering a sense of community
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, building rapport with residents, families, and colleagues.

- A current AIN qualification (Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or working towards).
