What you'll be doing
Provide individualised excellent patient/client care within a health service environment to maximise the health outcomes for a patient/client, under the guidance and direction of the Registered Nurse/Midwife.

Selection Criteria:
- Applicant must hold Certificate III Acute Care (HLT33115) or enrolled in Bachelor of Nursing degree second year
- Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team
- Demonstrated ability to use information technology systems.
- Proven ability to be self-motivated, flexible and adaptive as clinical needs arise, and still remain within the scope of practice of an AIN
- Demonstrated ability to manage conflict situations in a calm and professional manner
- Demonstrate effective verbal and written skills, , including the ability to communicate with the multidisciplinary health care team
