We are currently seeking Casual Personal CareAssistant / Assistant in Nursingto work with our clients across the mentioned locations. Job Type: AIN / PCA - Casual
Location: Wagga Wagga and surrounding areas
About the Opportunity
- Providing care in accordance to resident individualized assessed care needs.
- Reporting all incidents and changes in resident behaviour's in a timely manner to RN's
- Complete all activities related to Residents Care documentation Plans and ensure high compliance with relevant documentation processes
- Participate in activities aimed at the continuous improvement of services
About You
The ideal candidate must demonstrate the following:
- Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care / Disability
- Minimum of 6 month's work experience as PCA / AIN within residential aged care, home care.
- Flexibility and reliability to work required shifts
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and all levels of staff
- Strong passion for working with the elderly
- Valid police check
- Evidence of COVID vaccinations
- NDIS worker check and working with children check
