About the Role:
We're looking for AIN's and PCA's to take on casual shifts, providing exceptional care in and around Sydney. This role offers the flexibility of casual shifts, allowing you to enjoy work-life balance while making a difference in the healthcare industry.

- Day: $35.83phr
- Afternoon: $39.41p/h
- Night: $40.13 p/h
- Saturday: $50.16 p/h
- Sunday: $57.33 p/h
- Dedicated Support - Receive guidance through the registration process.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of 12 months' experience working as an AIN or PCA in aged care settings (Mandatory)
- Full working rights in Australia
- Completed Cert 3 or 4 in Individual Support or Aged Care
- Access to a car or reliable transportation
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- WWC Check
- Current National Police Check (Must be within 3 years from date of receipt)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
Key Responsibilities:
- Assistance with personal care and hygiene.
- Assistance with domestic tasks.
- Providing care in accordance with their individualized care plan.
- Supporting community based recreational and social activities.
- Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments.
