About the role: As a Carer you will provide quality care to our residents, promote their independence and focus on creating and welcoming, calm atmosphere. We have a range of shifts on offer including mornings, afternoons and night shifts. What we look for:
- Certificate 3 in Aged Care of equivalent.
- 6 months aged care experience is preferred but not essential.
- A good understanding of the 8 new quality standards in aged care.
- A strong passion for quality in aged care
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Hard Working, flexible with good availability to cover shifts.
- Strong values of Empathy, Honesty, Respect and Loyalty
