We are currently looking for an Assistant Manager to join our brand new Moorabbin branch, an inclusive and collaborative place of work. We pride ourselves on the exceptional customer service and support we provide to a range of our customers across various trades.

A bit about your role

Mentoring and supporting the branch staff
Ensuring customers receive the best possible level of service throughout all interactions with the branch by being supportive and engaging
Building strong relationships with customers, colleagues, internal and external stakeholders.
Assist with the development and implementation of continuous improvement strategies to help the branch exceed sales and service objectives.
Provide leadership and training to create an inclusive and harmonious work culture
Ensure compliance with all procedures and further enhance a strong WH&S culture.

A bit about you

Previous experience in a customer facing role, with a passion for building strong relationships, sales and operational excellence
Enthusiastic, collaborative and have a strong desire to learn and build a career with us
Electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry experience would be highly regarded however Rexel are passionate about developing our people we are more than happy to train if you bring the right attitude
Forklift license desirable
Enjoy working in a collaborative environment and being part of a team
Honest- Approach your every interaction / action with integrity and honesty
Curiosity - someone who is proactive with solutions focus.
