As an Assistant Manager your role is to partner with the Relationship Manager to support your portfolio in all aspects of customer service, compliance, processes, systems, and governance.

Role Location:Narrogin WA

Role Type: Permanent, Full-time

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Maintaining a well-managed portfolio compliant with all relevant policies and procedures
• Maintaining control of workflows across all compliance and customer fulfilment process
• Acting in the best interest of the customer and apply a customer-centric approach
• Proactively developing and maintaining a detailed understanding of customer business and financial needs
• Providing solution towards account maintenance and simple customer requests
• Supporting the Relationship Manager with management of a portfolio of SME customers
• Collaborating with Product Partners and other stakeholders to fulfil customers' needs
• Engaging specialist teams when required
