Assistant Project Manager

We are seeking an impressive APM to join an owner operated Development company who have a diverse portfolio across various sectors.

This owner operated Perth based company is run by highly experienced property professionals with an impressive list of successful projects delivered by them and their experienced team.
They are a one stop shop for projects from capital raising and acquisition right through to delivery, sales, and leasing. They have a diverse portfolio of projects across education, retail, industrial, residential, childcare and land.
Due to ongoing growth and an increasing workload, they require an energetic ADM/Project Coordinator who is motivated by delivering quality outcomes. You will work closely with the Senior PM on a complex education project as well as various other projects.
To be successful you will have the below experience and qualifications:

• Tertiary qualifications in property development, construction, civil, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience working within Construction or Property Development.
• 2 - 3 years’ experience in a similar role would be highly regarded.
• Experience dealing with engineering and design consultants, contractors, suppliers, and clients.
• You will have a high level of attention to detail.
• Exposure to feasibility studies, project programmes, budgets, costs, and profits.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft office.
