About the Opportunity
In this role you will partner with our Relationship Managers to provide them with lending support from origination through to settlement. Reporting to the Head of Home Lending & Broker Distribution, key responsibilities include:
- Assist Relationship Managers in managing and growing a portfolio of clients
- Ensuring loan applications are accurately and efficiently prepared with supporting documentation
- Perform preliminary credit assessments and prepare credit papers for submission
- Deliver exceptional service outcomes by ensuring the customer is at the centre of everything we do
- Ensure all client queries are responded to in a timely and professional manner
About You
We are seeking someone who has the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- Completion of Year 12 or equivalent essential with Tertiary Qualification preferred
- 3+ years’ experience as an Assistant Relationship Manager or equivalent role
- A genuine passion to delight customers and build relationships; excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work both individually or as part of a team
- Effectively manage time against key priorities
- Build good relationships with the team and support initiatives
