You will work alongside the Restaurant Manager to ensure the smooth running of the store and its employees. The Job involves:Opening and closing the store
Supervising and management employees including juniors
Training and Development of all staff to achieve outstanding results
Conducting performance evaluations
Trialing and training new employees
Monitoring store performance and meeting KPI's
Rostering, inventory, ordering and reporting
Handling customer complaints and concerns
Food Preparation including deep fryer/grill use
Cash handling and register operation
Cleaning and maintaining the store
