What we are looking for
Two years’ experience in a supervisor or management role in a fine dining, hatted restaurant.
Ability to lead a busy restaurant with consistent bookings
A passionate leader, invested in the development and success of their team
Experienced in motivating and building a strong and highly knowledgeable team
A leader invested in culture - staff happiness, satisfaction and performance
Clear and strong communication and organizational skills
Highly customer service focused
Available to work nights and weekends, we are open from Wednesday - Sunday.
