The role
As an Assistant Manager you’ll be mostly floor based. This is a fast paced restaurant that focuses on friendliness and customer service, so you’ll be touching tables and assisting with service.
Overseeing a large team of about 25-30 staff, training and mentoring. As well as working alongside the newly transferred RM, sharing opening and closing duties.
You'll be helping out with different aspects of BOH, most notably stock control and ordering.

The rewards
A highly competitive salary for an AM, between 75-85K+S, with the higher salary offered to someone with strong AM mgmt experience. You’ll be expected to work around 40 hours over a 7 day roster, with 2 days off. Also no really late nights, most of the time you'll be finished by about 10pm each night.
