About the role
This is an outstanding entry-level team leadership opportunity for those wanting to grow their career with Australia's iconic luxury retail destination. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will experience unique levels of exposure to our world-class Store Management team and be responsible for creating memorable customer experiences Like No Other that ensure your department’s outstanding commercial performance.
Leading by example, you will coach your team to ensure they exceed our customers' expectations in a memorable and inspiring way. You will use your valuable product insight and specialised selling skills to deliver an in-store customer experience Like No Other.
Responsibilities include
- Inspire your team and customers by creating memorable experiences on the shopfloor.
- Personally create memorable customer moments that drive sales and ensure that your department achieves its commercial objectives.
- Coach, develop and mentor team members to maximise their potential both from a customer and commercial perspective.
- Support and develop new team members during their onboarding process and beyond.
