About The Role
We are currently seeking a dynamic Assistant Site Manager to join our onsite team in Biloela. This role will see you play a crucial role in fostering positive relationships and empowered staff.
In this position, your duties will also include:
- Ensuring employee wellbeing, including onboarding, conducting probationary checks and discussions, issuing warnings and termination, and overseeing employee retention and attendance.
- Coordinating the mobilisation of PLS (Pacific Labour Scheme) workers.
- Arranging transportation for employees to clinics.
- Managing both client and employee relations.
- Conflict resolution and addressing workplace issues proactively.
- Handling payroll queries.
About You
To excel in this position, you should be committed to delivering results and supporting to the team. Your dedication to the role and the fostering of positive relationships is crucial to your success in this role.
You should also possess the following attributes:
- Previous experience managing or leading people/teams.
- Experience in Administration, HR, or payroll is highly desirable.
- Have a valid Drivers Licence and vehicle.
- Willingness to undergo a Police Check.
- Ability and willingness to receive a QFever vaccination.
