Medimart NT, a locally owned and operated business in Winnellie, is dedicated to enhancing the lives of Territorians facing injury, illness, or disability. As the Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in achieving our vision by supporting the day-to-day operations of our assisted technology and mobility equipment store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure smooth store operations, including supervising staff, managing schedules, and making staffing decisions.
- Maintain the store's financial performance, safety standards, and security protocols.
- Create visually appealing merchandise displays and ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Assist with receiving and delivering orders as needed, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store.

This position is available on both full-time and part-time basis, with negotiable pay rates and hours for the right candidate.
