The business combines decades of experience with a commitment to quality, including a certified manufacturing plant in Vietnam. Their goal is to help customers create beautiful and inviting family homes through their extensive collection of furniture and homewares.

Attractive perks await:

• Competitive salary of 60K + super
• Enjoy a 1.5% bonus on completed sales
• Only one weekend day required, with a flexible roster from Sunday to Thursday

Your role revolves around supporting our Australian family-owned business, where your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating closely with the Store Manager
• Driving sales and ensuring seamless order processing, including online orders
• Providing top-notch customer service in-store, over the phone, and via email
• Managing customer inquiries, payments, and orders with finesse
• Coordinating deliveries and providing after-sales support
• Contributing to the implementation of promotions and maintaining merchandising standards

To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about our products, have a flare for design and through ongoing product training, will use your product knowledge to provide a customised solution to suit customers' home, family, and lifestyle.

We're seeking someone with:

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• The ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent multitasking skills and a proactive approach to decision-making
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Availability to work one day of the weekend
