You will work cooperatively with your Store Manager and team to ensure the store is running at 100% at all times. Your responsibilities include: · Working with your Store Manager to assist in driving sales to achieve and exceed budget for your store. · Emphasizing technical, merchandising and sales techniques to the team to grow sales within the store. · Focusing on store development and implementation of set activities for your store. · Assisting the Store Manager in communicating sales budgets and other feedback to your team. · Leading by example through all store procedures to ensure the store is managed effectively. · Providing ongoing training to team members. · Assisting with rostering responsibilities and ad hoc administration. Experience Required · Previous store management experience in retail is favourable · A passion for electronics to enhance the customer experience. · Confident communication skills to support customers and team members appropriately. · Excellent time management skills and experience in dealing with multiple priorities. · A drive to succeed and grow within the business.
