About the Role
We are seeking a strong Assistant Store Manager to oversee operations in the Loganholme store. You'll be responsible for assisting in the management of a team of 7-10 individuals. You will adhere to company standards in Merchandising, customer service, KPIs and people management. As the Assistant Manager, you will be driven to navigate your team to strive for sales by providing exceptional face-to-face customer service. You are a team leader, driving their success from the front and leading by example. In return, you will work for a market leader in the automotive parts industry and receive a generous salary and staff discount (cost + 10%).
Skills & Experience
- A desire to chase down every sale
- Ability to lead front the front
- Previous Retail Assistant Management experience or higher
- Experience or an interest in Motor Vehicles
- Have worked to KPIs and sales targets prior
