We are currently recruiting for an experienced and inspirational retail leader to join our Victorian team as an Assistant Store Manager at our Brighton Child Concept Store.THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Will have experience with a fashion retailer, managing a high-volume turnover store or exposure to managing multiple sites.
• A leader with the ability to oversee a large team across multiple departments.
• An eye for styling and detail to uphold our high visual merchandising standards.
• Experience in preparing monthly rosters and conducting retail administrative duties.
• Proven ability in driving sales and achieving KPIu0027S & budgets.
• High personal standards in providing superior customer service.
