The role
Supporting the Branch Manager in the operations and day to day running of the branch, you will ensure the team’s success as you oversee and supervise a team of trade and Industrial specialists.
Areas of responsibility
Coaching, developing, whilst supporting a small team of trade, sales and packing gurus to reach their full potential
Providing high levels of sales and service to trade, industrial and mining customers leveraging your expert automotive parts/mechanical knowledge
Managing resolution, customer issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Contributing to a culture of Safety by putting safety first. Our teams prioritise safety, ensuring that we all make it safe and make it home.
What we’re looking for
A passion for providing exceptional customer experiences and creating ‘moments that matter’
Experience in building strong relationships with internal and external customers
A solution focussed problem solver with sound computer skills
Supervisory experience or be ready to take the next step in your career
