About the role
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be very confident, have an entrepreneurial mindset and operate the business as if it is your own. You will support and lead your team from the front and be a key contributor to sales within the store. You will have a creative flair and an exceptional eye for detail. Your team will be continuously developed and mentored to self-improve and set up for success alongside your guidance.
About you:
* Proven experience in an Assistant Manager
* Passionate about driving KPI's and Budgets
* Able to educate and train your people
* Ability to meet, drive and exceed KPI's
* Strong operational management understanding
* Strong communication skills
* Exceptional organisational skills
* Be on top of customer inquiries and orders
* Have high attention to detail - high stock volume lots of stock
