About your new role:
As our client's new ASM you will do more than meet key requirements; you will lead a high-performing team, elevate your coaching and mentoring talents and contribute significantly to our overacting objectives. On top of these things, you will ensure the store is immaculately presented, and merchandised to captivate our customer's attention within an instant.
Skills and Experience:
You will bring with you, leadership that shines like the amazing pieces that you will be selling, as well as a history in consultative sales. Embark on a dynamic career where your customer interactions truly matter.
- Mentored teams of 4 +
- Minimum of 12 months in consultative retail management
- Engaging and Confident Leader
- Have previous experience in the world of jewellery
- Customer-centric and pride yourself on a wonderful customer experience
- Present professionally, with style and with pride
