JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Store Supervisor will report to the Retail Store Manager. Their primary role is to maximise the store’s sales in addition to assist the Retail Store Manager in the daily operations and implementation of the procedures and policies of Crocs AU. Area’s of Responsibilities:
- Achievement of sales targets
- Track sales performance of store and work closely with the Retail Store Manager and National Retail Manager to maximise sales opportunities.
- Leading, coaching and supervision of all team members.
- Maintaining company Visual Merchandising guidelines, directives and standards
- Store security and theft minimization.
- Administration and implementation of company policies and procedures
- Sales and related operational reporting (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Stock rotation and replenishment.
- Inventory and inventory systems management (receipting of stock deliveries)
- Assist Retail Store Manager in recruitment of team members where necessary.
- Assist Retail Store Manager with rostering and take ownership of this task in the Managers absence.
- Provide relevant and effective feedback to all members of the Crocs AU team related to store performance, opportunities and team cohesion.
Qualifications
- Supervisory retail experience, in particular footwear, preferred but not essential.
Job Requirements:
- Possess good knowledge of customer service standards and footwear trends.
