Our company is growing and with it comes new exciting opportunities for experienced Full Time Assistant Store Manager in our booming and newly renovated Camberwell location.
Responsibilities
As an Assistant Store manager you will work collaboratively with the Store Manager and the team to ensure stores and company objectives are achieved.
By providing support around the multiple stations in our café, you will support the team effort to achieve high standards in customer service, product quality and luxury café experience.
The role will involve working the register, preparing food at our processing station, create amazing coffees (we provide Barista training), serve customers on the floor, and work as a team to maintain hygiene, cleanliness and French luxury standards. But you will also be involved in store operation management, such as roster building, stock ordering, daily schedule and audits.
Responsibilities
As Assistant Store Manager, you will work collaboratively with the Store Manager and Area Manager to ensure stores and company objectives are achieved.
What you will bring
- Hands on and strong leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success
- Deliver and maintain the highest standard in Branding with our lovely customers
- Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management
- Ability to achieve sales, wages and shrinkage budgets
- Previous Store Manager experience is required
- Experienced in preparing monthly rosters and administration duties
- Proven ability in driving sales and achieving KPI'S & budgets
- High personal standards in providing superior customer service
- Maintain a harmonious working environment within your team and other stores of our Network
- Weekend and public holiday work will be required
- Previous experience in hospitality or food & beverage industry is a plus
