About the Role

As the Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall success and profitability of the store. Skills and Experience

• Previous retail leadership experience in large format advantageous
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and support a high-performing team
• Experience with achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities to manage priorities
• Ability to work in a busy retail environment
• Experience working with large stock volumes
