As the Assistant Store Manager of SHEIKE Miranda, you will provide extraordinary customer service, leading and inspiring your team of Stylists to do the same. You will lead with confidence and drive the team to build authentic customer connections, so the wearer can feel their most glamorous, empowered self.
A little about the role…
Key responsibilities:
- Drive an exceptional & inclusive customer experience journey in every interaction
- Inspire those you encounter through leading by example
- Ensure the team is creating a high energy & compelling experience for customers
- Work with your SM to identify areas of opportunity in-store and with your team
- Drive & manage KPIS daily
- Support in coaching & developing your team consistently to foster their development
- Achieve and exceed store sales, profit targets and budgets
- Be a strong communicator who can lead, coach, develop + influence others
- Support in driving a commercial business
- Excellent operations & stock management
- Be a SHEIKE brand ambassador every day
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+Years experience in fashion retail as an Assistant Store Manager
- Positive attitude & willingness to grow & work in partnership with an SM
- Exceptional customer service & styling skills
- Driven budgets + achieved exceptional sales results
- Strong understanding of KPIS and their impact on the business
- Ability to make decisions based on the best outcome for the business
- The ability to drive a positive culture & one team environment
- Self-motivated & strong communicator
- A passionate SHEIKE brand ambassador that believes in excellence always
