We have an awesome opportunity for a part-time assistant manager to join our AFL store at Fountain Gate, Westfield Shopping Centre. We are looking for a highly motivated Part Time assistant manager who is customer centric and will be able to engage, inspire and mentor others to be part of a successful team.
You will be required to work one late night and a weekend.
The Role
- Achieving sales KPI’s in line with targets and budgets
- Assisting in developing the sales team to broaden their product knowledge
- Assistant with the management of store presentation to achieve visual excellence
- Managing the store during Store Managers rostered days off.
- Managing general store administration, cash handling and banking
- Maintaining Company values policies and procedures
- Maintaining compliance to workplace health and safety
About You
- 2 + years previous sales experience
- Vibrant and customer centric
- Experience in managing, achieving, and exceeding weekly and monthly targets
- An understanding of business retails operations
- Knowledge of inventory management
- Have a passion for AFL
