About the Role
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join the team at our Sheridan Bondi Boutique.
* This is a 38 hour week role. working across Sunday- Thursday.
- Lead and inspire your team to achieve budgets, KPIs and targets
- Drive a high performing team, that are committed to providing exceptional customer service
- Coach your team through product knowledge, using your passion for selling
- Maintain store operations including stock management and VM
- Previous experience in people management, coaching and delivering feedback is ideal
