About the Role
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will take responsibility for a store environment that is constantly changing, manage the day-to-day operations and engage with the team to help ensure their success.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Sales and service
- Merchandising and display
- Oversees all functions related to opening and closing the store
- Team leadership, recruitment, training and development
- Develops and coordinates action plans with peer input to continually improve and strengthen store and Associate performance
