- Leading a team on large-scale complex aviation projects
- Partnering with project teams to understand client needs and liaising with clients and contractors
- Advising on fees and the engagement of sub-consultants to define work scope and oversee standards and progress of deliverables
- Providing information on designs, materials and estimated building times
- Strategically planning projects and monitoring performance and financials with support from the Principals
- Partnering with clients and management to determine the type, style and size of planned facilities or alterations to existing facilities
- Preparing high-quality project documentation, ensuring integration of structural, mechanical, and aesthetic elements in final designs
- Preparing tender and bid responses
- Managing the delivery of approved technical and design document
- Mentoring and supporting the development of employees
About You:
- Architectural qualifications to a post-graduate level or equivalent
- Prior demonstrated experience (circa 10 years) in design and construction environments
- A minimum of 3 years experience working on aviation and/or other complex transportation projects
- Proven Revit competency
- Strong design communication skills
- Working knowledge and demonstrated experience applying the requirements of the BCA / NCC and other relevant standards and consultant reports

Salary:
- $120 - 150k + Super (all based on experience and can go higher)
